Aircraft Services

Our expansive 16-acre ramp is built to accommodate aircraft of all sizes—from light jets to large airframes, including B-757s and C-17s.

At the core of our operation is a commitment to safety. Our line service team is Avfuel-certified and trained to the highest industry standards, fully compliant with ATA 103 and NFPA 407 aviation fuel safety regulations.

We offer a comprehensive range of ground support services to keep your operation running smoothly, including:

Exceptional in-flight dining starts with exceptional partners. We proudly offer catering from two of the Monterey Peninsula's most celebrated restaurants:

Grasing's of Carmel-by-the-Sea – Known for its upscale California cuisine and locally sourced ingredients, Grasing's delivers gourmet meals that bring the flavors of the coast directly to your cabin.

Woody's at the Airport – A local favorite located right on the field, Woody's combines convenience with quality, offering fresh, delicious fare perfect for any flight plan.

Sustainability

Del Monte Aviation recognizes that every contribution, big or small, counts when it comes to minimizing our impacts on the environment. We offer sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for our customers at the maximum available blend ratio (currently 30%). Book-and-claim SAF transactions are also an option.
